三、句子结构不同：
★spend
1.人+ spend +金钱
2.人+ spend +时间/金钱+ on +某物/某人

My son spent too much money when he was in college.
大学期间，我儿子花了太多的钱。
Tom spends two hours on his homework every day.
=Tom spends two hours (in) doing his homework every day.
汤姆每天花两个小时时间做作业。
Mr Smith spent much money on the girl.史密斯先生在那个女孩身上花费了大量的金钱。
She spent the summer holiday by the sea.她在海边度过了暑假。
★pay
1.pay for sth花钱买某物
2.pay sb 付给某人钱
3.pay (sb) +钱 +for sth付钱（给某人）买某物
I paid 2000 dollars for the car.我花2000美元买了这辆车。
I paid her 2000 dollars for the painting.我给她2000美元买了她这幅画。
★cost
某物+cost +某人+钱。
The car cost me 2000 dollars.这里车花了我2000美元。
★take
it takes +sb+ 时间+ to do.... 做某事花了某人多长时间。
It takes me 2 hours to do my homework every day.每天做作业花费我两小时时间。
=I spend 2 hours on my homework.=I spend 2 hours (in) doing my homework.
